Setup Friday September 4 till 12:00 midnight.

Meats will be distributed starting at 11:00 PM on Friday until 12:00 midnight.

The competition begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 5th.

CONTEST RULES

BBQ CONTESTS:

  • Entry fee of $200.00 includes all of the meat for judging.


 This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event:

No public drinking,

smoking lewd/loud behavior

and physical violence of any kind.



RULES & GUIDELINES - JUDGING RULES:

  • Judges will visit each site and the top 5 sites will be given the opportunity to submit for final rankings.
  • Crowd Favorite: by ballots.
  • Contestants are encouraged to sale thier own meats. However only the supplied meats with be judged.
  • No controled substance enfussed food can be sold, if discovered you will be asked to leave, forfeiting and any monies paid.
  • Most judges will be easily identifiable throughout the event.
  • The decisions, of the Health Inspectors and Judges are FINAL.

After you complete the registration signup form, your login credentials will be emailed to you within 12–24 hours.
